BRITTANY J. HILLHOUSE

As the Founder and Executive Director at Social Connections., I lead a team of professionals who provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. I have a master's degree in special education with a behavior analysis emphasis from Texas A&M University, and a bachelor's degree in multicultural education and psychology from University of Houston-Downtown. I have over 14 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis, working with diverse populations and settings, such as schools, clinics, and homes. I have developed and implemented multiple training programs for staff, parents, and teachers, as well as conducted and supervised assessments, interventions, and evaluations. My core competencies include analytical skills, training skills, leadership skills, and communication skills. My mission is to apply the principles of behavior analysis to improve the lives of individuals and the communities they belong to. My field of expertise is generalized behavior based analysis, and my values and goals are to promote evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and cultural competence in the behavior analysis profession.
