Review and communication regarding treatment applications and consistencies with on-going therapy providers to ensure continuation of best evidence based treatment. Attendance and supervision of direct assessments conducted on the individual, providing treatment goals/objectives to work additionally with cliental medically, and or treatment wise.
Assistance with transitioning services to the school setting, including but not limited to: attendance of ARD meetings, review of the ARD packet, translation of services and information, assistance with developing a plan for success including writing and recommending IEP goals/objectives, Behavior Intervention Plan development, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Accommodations and evaluation of data collection based on progress.
